Group Seminars

MPU Seminars in Frankfurt

In our group seminars, you prepare for the MPU together with others. Learn from the experiences of fellow participants and benefit from hands-on exercises in small groups.

The Concept

What Are MPU Seminars?

Our MPU seminars are group sessions where we focus specifically on the requirements of the medical-psychological assessment. In small groups, you work together on the topics the examiner wants to see: insight, behavioural change, and concrete strategies for the future.

The advantage over individual counselling alone: you hear the stories of other participants, recognise parallels to your own situation, and realise you are not alone with this issue. This exchange can make a real difference.

The seminars take place regularly at our premises in Frankfurt. The groups are intentionally kept small so that everyone gets a chance to speak and personal questions have space.

How It Works

How a Seminar Works

1

Registration & Pre-Talk

You contact us and we clarify in a brief conversation which seminar is right for you. This ensures the group is a good fit.

2

Seminar Participation

In the seminar, we work through the relevant topics together. Our coach guides the session, contributes expertise, and moderates the discussion.

3

Group Work & Exchange

You exchange experiences with other participants, work on exercises in the group, and learn from each other. Everyone gets a chance to contribute.

4

Individual Follow-Up

After the seminar, there is the opportunity to clarify open questions in a personal conversation and discuss next steps for your preparation.

Your Advantages

Why Group Seminars?

Group seminars offer benefits that individual sessions alone cannot provide. Many of our clients combine both for the best preparation.

Exchange of Experiences

You hear how others deal with similar situations. This gives new perspectives and shows you that you are not alone.

Group Energy

It is easier together. The group motivates, provides support, and helps you stay on track.

Practical Exercises

In role-plays and group exercises, you practise situations that will come up in the MPU. This builds your confidence.

Complement to Individual Sessions

Seminars and individual sessions complement each other perfectly. In the group you learn from others, in individual sessions you deepen your personal topics.

Fair Pricing

Group seminars are a cost-effective complement to individual counselling. We discuss the exact conditions in the initial consultation.
